Darren is a corporate lawyer, with over 18 years’ experience in the legal profession, both in private practice and in-house corporate roles.  His principal practice areas include equity capital markets, all forms of mergers, acquisitions and divestments, corporate governance, ASIX/ASIC compliance and general commercial law and strategy.  Darren has particular experience in mining and resources law having served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of ASX Listed Neometals Ltd for three years.  Darren also has experience as a director, company secretary and corporate advisor of ASX listed companies. 

Darren holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Darren is a Director of the Western Australian Cricket Association Ltd. Darren is also the Managing Director of Corpex Consulting.

Sam is a corporate lawyer, with considerable experience advising companies on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and capital raisings in a variety of sectors, including mining, telecommunications and hotels. Sam has advised resources companies in relation to equity offerings on the London Stock Exchange (both main board and AIM), Euronext and ASX.  Although the majority of his professional career has been spent working in law firms, including in the London office of global law firm, Linklaters, Sam has also worked in a corporate advisory role, focused on mining and resources companies.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters of Business Administration.
